We’re seeking an experienced and reliable Warehouse Coordinator to oversee our warehouse operations and provide delivery services to job sites across the Gold Coast and Brisbane South East regions. This is a full-time position perfect for someone who values stability, enjoys hands-on work, and wants to be part of a growing renewable energy company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily shed/warehouse operations and inventory
- Coordinate stock movements and maintain organised storage systems
- Drive company truck to deliver materials and equipment to job sites across Gold Coast and Brisbane South East
- Operate forklift and crane truck for loading/unloading operations
- Ensure workplace safety standards are maintained
- Liaise with installation teams and project coordinators
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and inventory movements
Essential Requirements:
- MR (Medium Rigid) Truck License – MANDATORY
- Current Forklift License – MANDATORY
- Experience in warehouse/shed management
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Reliable and punctual with excellent work ethic
- Physical fitness for manual handling tasks
- Clear communication skills
- Basic understanding of motor vehicle / truck maintenance
